Our Promise

We stand behind every product. If something doesn't work as expected, we'll make it right — fast.

Replacements First

Because our products are digital subscriptions, our standard policy is to issue a replacement or fix any issue first. Most issues can be resolved within hours.

When You're Eligible for a Refund

  • The product was never delivered after a reasonable wait time and no replacement could be issued.
  • A technical issue prevents fulfillment of your order entirely.
  • You purchased an incorrect plan and contact us before delivery has started.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • The product has been delivered and used.
  • The plan duration has expired.
  • You changed account credentials, breaking the activation, against our delivery instructions.
  • You violated our Terms of Service.

How to Request

Open a ticket in our Discord, message us on Telegram, or email support@dubai.market with your order details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method when applicable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
